Cancellation Policy
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy on spa services. Any services cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged 20% of the service price. Any services cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, will be charged full price. Anyone arriving 15 minutes after the start of the scheduled service, may be asked to reschedule. Should you have accommodations at the resort in addition to spa services, you must cancel each as booked. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your service to allow check-in and changing.
